Petnimals ("Petnimals", "we", "us", "our") operates the Petnimals social platform and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service. By registering, you represent that you are 18 or older. Petnimals does not knowingly allow persons under 18 to create accounts. If we discover a user is under 18, we will terminate the account.
An account and login are required to browse, view, or access any user-generated content on Petnimals. This includes posts, stories, profiles, and comments. Petnimals is not a public-browsing platform. Creating an account is subject to the age requirement and all other conditions in these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your password or allow others to access your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at admin@petnimals.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You must provide accurate information when registering. Impersonating another person, brand, or public figure is prohibited.
The following are prohibited on Petnimals. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban, depending on severity.
Petnimals strictly prohibits adult and sexual content of any kind, including nudity, sexual acts, and sexually suggestive content. This prohibition applies to all content, whether free or monetized.
Petnimals does not allow users or creators to upload, publish, distribute, sell, or monetize content that is generated or substantially generated using generative artificial intelligence. Prohibited AI-generated content includes but is not limited to:
This prohibition does not apply to ordinary non-generative editing of real media, including: cropping, resizing, compression, exposure correction, color correction, noise reduction, stabilization, ordinary sharpening, or similar non-generative post-processing. The test is whether the media was captured by a camera and depicts a real animal in the real world.
This prohibition applies to both free and monetized content.
You must own or have sufficient rights to all content you upload to Petnimals. You may not upload, post, or distribute content that infringes any third party's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights. You may not upload content that you did not create or do not have explicit permission to use. Unauthorized redistribution of others' content is prohibited.
Content that promotes, glorifies, or incites hatred, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or other protected characteristics is prohibited.
Content that promotes, glorifies, celebrates, or facilitates violent extremism, terrorism, or mass violence is prohibited. Content that praises or incites unlawful acts of violence is prohibited.
Content that depicts, promotes, facilitates, or encourages illegal activity is prohibited. This includes but is not limited to: content depicting animal cruelty, illegal weapons, controlled substances, or child exploitation.
Automated posting, coordinated inauthentic behavior, misleading content, phishing, and scams are prohibited. You may not use the Service to defraud other users.
Targeted harassment, threats, stalking, doxxing, or sustained abusive behavior toward other users is prohibited.
You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content you grant Petnimals a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute your content solely as necessary to operate the Service.
By uploading content you represent and warrant that: (a) you own or have the rights to the content; (b) the content does not infringe any third-party rights; and (c) the content complies with these Terms.
You may report content that you believe violates these Terms using the in-app report function or by emailing admin@petnimals.com. Rights holders may submit copyright complaints at petnimals.com/copyright.
Petnimals reserves the right to review, remove, or restrict access to any content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful. We are not obligated to pre-screen content but may do so.
Enforcement actions may include: content removal, content quarantine, warnings, strikes, temporary account suspension, permanent account termination, or creator monetization suspension, depending on the severity and pattern of violations.
Serious violations—including adult content, violent extremism, child safety violations, and egregious copyright abuse—may result in immediate permanent termination without prior warning.
Petnimals tracks confirmed violations. Users who repeatedly violate these Terms are subject to escalating enforcement actions up to and including permanent account termination and permanent revocation of creator monetization privileges.
If your account or content is subject to enforcement action, you may submit an appeal by emailing admin@petnimals.com with your account handle, the action you are appealing, and a written statement explaining your case. Banned users may still send email to this address to submit an appeal. Submitting an appeal does not automatically restore your account or content. We will review appeals in good faith and notify you of our decision.
Petnimals enables creators to offer paid subscriptions. Subscription terms, including price and content, are set by creators within limits established by Petnimals. Subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis.
All subscription purchases are final. Petnimals does not provide voluntary refunds for subscription payments. No refund will be issued because a subscriber:
You may cancel a subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals. You retain access to the creator's content through the end of the already-paid billing period. No partial-period refund is issued upon cancellation.
Notwithstanding the no-voluntary-refund policy, refunds or reversals may occur where required by: applicable consumer protection law, payment-network rules (e.g., card network chargeback processes), payment processor requirements, or applicable regulations. These are not voluntary refunds — they are legally or contractually mandated, and Petnimals does not waive any rights it may have in connection with such reversals.
If you believe a charge on your payment method was unauthorized, contact your bank or card issuer to dispute the charge, and notify us at admin@petnimals.com.
Creators are solely responsible for the content they post and monetize. Petnimals is not responsible for creator content. Creators who monetize content agree to the additional terms set out in the Creator Monetization Agreement.
Petnimals may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Petnimals does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Petnimals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
